CT-187: Election or Revocation of Election By Railroad and Trucking Corporations To Be Taxable Under Article 9

Form CT-187 lets railroad and trucking corporations elect to be taxed under New York Tax Law Article 9, sections 183 and 184, or revoke a previous election. The election remains in effect until revoked, and revocation is permanent and makes the corporation subject to Article 9-A.
