OR-DONATE: Schedule OR-DONATE, Oregon Charitable Checkoff Donations

The 2024 Schedule OR-DONATE lets you donate some or all of your Oregon income tax refund to the charities listed on the form. It records the amount for each charity and the total charitable checkoff donations.
