EDC: Taxpayer Application for Qualified Equity and Subordinated Debt Investments Credit

Virginia Form EDC is an application for the Qualified Equity and Subordinated Debt Investments Tax Credit. It reports qualifying businesses, investment types, dates and amounts, and the total credit requested for the Department of Taxation to determine the allowable credit.
