OR-VSI: Form OR-VSI, Voluntary Self-identification

2024 Oregon Form OR-VSI, Voluntary Self-identification, collects information about Oregon taxpayers’ race and ethnicity. Completing it is voluntary, and the data may be used only to help the Department of Revenue work toward fairness and equity in the personal income tax system.
