OR-20-INC: Form OR-20-INC, Oregon Corporation Income Tax Return (2025)

Oregon · Oregon DOR · Used for tax years 2025

Form OR-20-INC is the 2025 Oregon Corporation Income Tax Return. It reports a corporation’s taxable income, Oregon additions and subtractions, apportionment, income tax, and credits.

Who files this form

Use Form OR-20-INC when a corporation has Oregon-source income, but its income-producing activity does not constitute “doing business.”

If the corporation has an Oregon address, or has Oregon sales and one other Oregon apportionment factor, the form says to file Form OR-20 instead.

What you'll need

  • Include a complete copy of the corporation’s federal Form 1120 and schedules.
  • Have Schedule OR-AP available for the apportionment percentage and Oregon taxable income.
  • Use the applicable sections of Schedule OR-ASC-CORP for additions, subtractions, and credits.
  • Include a schedule for tax adjustments reported on line 9.
  • For limited partner income only, include a copy of federal Schedule K-1, if applicable.
  • Include Form OR-37 when reporting interest on underpayment of estimated tax on line 23.
  • Have payment details ready for Schedule ES, including payer names, FEINs, payment dates, amounts, and payments made with an extension. Also gather amounts withheld on the corporation’s behalf from pass-through entity or real estate income.
