Oregon · Oregon DOR · Used for tax years 2024

Who files this form
Use Form OR-20-INC when a corporation has Oregon-source income, but its income-producing activity does not constitute “doing business.”
If the corporation has an Oregon address, or has Oregon sales and one other Oregon apportionment factor, it should file Form OR-20 instead.

Common mistakes
- Using Form OR-20-INC when the corporation should use Form OR-20. The form directs corporations with an Oregon address, or Oregon sales and one other Oregon apportionment factor, to Form OR-20.
- Completing questions A through C unnecessarily. Complete them only for a first return or when an answer changed during the tax year.
- Leaving extension payments out of line 17. The form specifically says to include them.
- Including a payment voucher with the return. The form says not to include one.
- Omitting the complete federal Form 1120 and schedules.
- Ignoring the formatting reminders: use uppercase letters, blue or black ink, and actual-size printing (100%). Do not submit photocopies or use staples.
