511-V: 2024 Form 511-V Individual Income Tax Payment Voucher (2024)
Oklahoma · Oklahoma Tax Commission · Used for tax years 2024
Form 511-V is Oklahoma’s individual income tax payment voucher for 2024. It accompanies a check or money order for a balance due on Form 511 or 511NR and lists your identifying information, balance due, and payment amount.
Who files this form
Form 511-V is for sending a check or money order for a balance due on your 2024 Oklahoma Form 511 or 511NR after you have already filed your return, either electronically or on paper.
Using the voucher is strongly encouraged because it helps process your payment accurately and efficiently, but there is no penalty for not using it.
When it's due
- Tax year 2024: The voucher lists a payment due date of April 15, 2025. Penalty and interest may be assessed if payment is not sent by the due date.
- Electronic filing and payment for tax year 2024: The printed instructions extend the due date until April 20th if you both file your return electronically and pay electronically.
- If the Internal Revenue Code provides a later due date, payment by that later date is considered timely.
- If the due date falls on a weekend or legal holiday when Oklahoma Tax Commission offices are closed, payment is due the next business day.
