IT-667: Empire State Independent Film Production Credit

Form IT-667 is used to claim New York’s Empire State Independent Film Production Credit. It reports credit from a certificate or a share received as a partner, S corporation shareholder, or beneficiary, and calculates the available credit after any recapture.
