IT-201-ATT: Other Tax Credits and Taxes

Form IT-201-ATT is an attachment to Form IT-201 for reporting other tax credits and taxes. It lists refundable and nonrefundable credits for New York State, New York City, Yonkers, and MCTMT, along with other New York State and New York City taxes. Submit it with your Form IT-201
