DP-120: Computation of S Corporation Gross Business Profits

Form DP-120 computes an S corporation’s New Hampshire gross business profits using income and deductions from federal Form 1120S, Schedule K, and other income included in gross business profits. The resulting amount is reported on Form NH-1120-WE, Schedule I-A, or Form NH-1120.
