MO-1041V: Fiduciary Income Tax Payment Voucher (2025)
Missouri · Missouri DOR · Used for tax years 2025
Form MO-1041V is Missouri’s 2025 Fiduciary Income Tax Payment Voucher for payments toward tax due on Form MO-1041. It records the payment amount, estate or trust information, and tax period so the payment can be applied to the correct account.
Who files this form
Use Form MO-1041V if you owe an amount on an electronically filed Fiduciary Income Tax Return (Form MO-1041), or if you did not pay in full when you filed that return.
Do not use this voucher for extension payments. Use the Application for Extension of Time to File (Form MO-60) instead.
When it's due
For tax year 2025, the voucher states that full payment must be submitted by April 15, 2026 to avoid interest and an addition to tax for failure to pay.
The form also states that the return and payment are due by the 15th day of the fourth month after the income tax year ends. If that due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, filing on the next business day is considered timely.
