Mississippi · Mississippi DOR · Used for tax years 2024

Mississippi Form 84-300 is a pass-through entity income tax payment voucher for composite S corporations, composite partnerships and electing pass-through entities. It identifies the taxpayer, tax period, payment type and amount paid.

Who files this form

Use Form 84-300 to make estimated tax payments or return payments for composite S corporations, composite partnerships and electing pass-through entities.

Every taxpayer filing a composite return or an electing pass-through entity return with an annual income tax liability over $200 must make estimated tax payments.

Corporations should use Form 83-300 instead. Partnerships electing to remit 5% of the partnership’s net gain or profit to each partner’s tax account as an estimated payment should use Form 84-387.
