Michigan Form 4947 is the 2025 Schedule of Certificated Credits. It reports certificated nonrefundable and refundable credits, along with recapture of certain business tax credits, and carries the totals to Form 4946 or Form 4975.

Common mistakes
- Entering amounts on expired or unavailable lines. For 2025, leave lines 1, 14, 16 through 18, 21, 30, and 35 blank. Follow the printed directions to skip to the next applicable line.
