Schedule U-CS: Credits Shared from Other Members

Massachusetts Schedule U-CS reports credits a corporation uses from another member. It identifies the corporations involved, the type of credit claimed, the earliest period end date to which the credits relate, the certificate number, and the amount shared for all years.
