Who files this form
Use the 2025 Schedule EDIP to claim credits authorized by the Economic Assistance Coordination Council (EACC) for projects certified on or after January 1, 2010.
- For projects certified before January 1, 2010, use Schedule EOAC instead.
- Partners and shareholders allocated credits by a partnership or S corporation on Schedule K-1 or SK-1 must not complete Schedule EDIP. Complete Schedule CMS, Credit Manager Schedule, instead.

Questions people ask
How is the credit calculated for CEP, CEEP, and CMRP projects?
For projects certified before January 1, 2017, lines 1 through 5 multiply the cost basis of qualified property by the EACC-authorized credit rate. The allowable credit on line 5 is the smaller of that result or the credit limit in the EACC award.
What do I enter for a project certified after January 1, 2017?
Skip to line 11 and enter the amount authorized by the EACC for the current year.
How is the certified job creation project credit calculated?
Multiply the number of new jobs created by the EACC-authorized rate. Enter the smaller of that result or the authorized award limit on line 10. The limit entered on line 9 cannot exceed $1,000,000. This credit is allowed only for the year after the jobs are created.
Where do I report the refundable credit amount?
Enter the refundable credit on line 12, which cannot exceed line 11. Also enter that amount on Schedule CMS with the certificate number issued by the EACC.
