Common mistakes
- Leaving out or shortening the Kentucky account number. The Corporation/LLET account number is required and must contain 9 digits. If it has 6 digits, add leading zeros.
- Skipping required Schedule Q questions. Questions 1 and 2 must be answered for an initial return or if the preceding year's return was not filed under the same name and federal ID number. The form warns that failing to answer may result in a request for a delinquent return.
- Leaving Schedule Q questions 3 through 10 unanswered. The form says all corporations must complete them.
- Omitting the federal return attachments. Include federal Form 1120 with all supporting schedules and statements.
