FID-BEN: Fiduciary Schedule K-1

Delaware Form FID-BEN is a fiduciary Schedule K-1 that reports a trust or estate beneficiary’s distributable net income, share of additions and subtractions, and Delaware-allocable income. It also reports tax credits, payments, and previous refunds on behalf of the beneficiary.
