DR 0348P: Remediation of Contaminated Land Credit Pass-Through Schedule (2025)
Colorado · Colorado DOR · Used for tax years 2025
Form DR 0348P is Colorado’s 2025 Remediation of Contaminated Land Credit Pass-Through Schedule. Partnerships and S corporations use it to report the percentage and amount of credit allocated to each partner or shareholder, along with the tax credit certificate number.
Who files this form
Partnerships and S corporations must complete the 2025 DR 0348P to report the Remediation of Contaminated Land Credit allocated to each partner or shareholder.
Do not complete this form for credit passing through a disregarded entity. Instead, list the disregarded entity in parentheses with the filing taxpayer on DR 0349.
What you'll need
Have the following information ready to complete the schedule:
- Taxpayer name and applicable identifying information: SSN or ITIN, Colorado Account Number, and FEIN.
- Tax year beginning date for 2025.
- Each member’s name and SSN or FEIN.
- Each member’s percentage and amount of credit.
- The tax credit certificate number for each entry.
The form also requires reporting each partner’s or shareholder’s allocation on Colorado K-1 (DR 0106K), line 48. Allocations to nonresident partners or shareholders included in a composite return must also be reported on DR 0349.
Common mistakes
- Leaving the allocation off the Colorado K-1. Report each partner’s or shareholder’s amount on line 48 of DR 0106K.
- Missing the extra reporting for composite returns. Report amounts allocated to nonresident partners or shareholders included in a composite return on DR 0349, in addition to DR 0348P and DR 0106K.
- Using this form for a disregarded entity’s pass-through credit. Do not complete DR 0348P for that credit. List the disregarded entity in parentheses with the filing taxpayer on DR 0349.
- Omitting entries when you run out of space. Submit additional pages as needed.
