AR4: Interest and Dividend

Form AR4 is an Arkansas individual income tax schedule for reporting taxable interest and dividends by payer. It also reports income not subject to Arkansas tax, and its taxable interest and dividend totals are entered on Form AR1000F or AR1000NR.
