Alaska · Alaska DOR · Used for tax years 2024
Form 6310 calculates the Alaska Income Tax Education Credit from reported contributions and expenditures. It lists contribution recipients, payment dates and amounts, and equipment donation details, and calculates a tentative credit to enter on Form 6300.
What you'll need
Have the following information ready to complete Form 6310:
- Your tax-year dates, EIN, and name shown on the return.
- For each contribution: the payor’s EIN, recipient’s name, code, payment date, and contribution or expenditure amount.
- For equipment contributions: the equipment description, acquisition date, contribution date, donor’s cost or adjusted basis, appraised fair market value, and contribution available.
For all equipment donations of $5,000 or greater, submit a written appraisal and recipient acknowledgement with Form 6310.
