INT-4: Notice of Change of Ownership, Interest, or Participation of Interest in Income Tax Capital Credit Project

Alabama Form INT-4 reports changes in ownership, interest, or participation in an income tax capital credit project. It identifies the project entity before and after the change and lists all current participants and their percentage allocations of the capital credit.
